Description
Amy McNulty contacted me with a unique request: She wanted a whole new cover design for the boxed set of her A Spooky Games Club Box Set for the first 3 books of her series. The original covers had cute flat illustrations, but she wanted to give it a more realistic facelift with photo manipulation and newly designed spine designs for the three books.
This custom request involved some detailed photo manipulation (added the new face, scales on the arm, and altering the shape of the hat) and a small amount of painting (stylizing the hair a little, the hat band, and some light effects).
Amy is one of my regular customers and as usual, it was a pleasure to work with her to make this design.
